Missing Alliance Gate and Forest

I TRIED TO CLEAR CACHE ,CLEAR DATA,REINSTALL THE GAME LATEST UPDATE FOR MANY TIME !!!
I ALSO TRIED TO PLAY WITH OTHER DEVICE BUT IT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM
