Missing tactics worse than ever

The last update was supposed to fix the missing tactics issue. It seemed to for a while. But now, it's happening to me almost constantly. I just spent TWO tactics blessings to attempt to get 7 tactics, and I log back in and I'm still at 0/7. This is ridiculous. It seems that if I'm offline when the last tactic completes, some or all of them are deleted.

3 tactics blessings and 7 hours later, I only have 3 tactics out of 7. It says 7/7 training when I log off. This is ridiculous.
