MOD please come here and treat this issue (Lost more than 1500 medals in my Alliance)

I'm MrNguyen, who is a leader of Hanoi-Vietnam Clan. I dont know the reason why my clan name Hanoi-Vietnam (more than 9700 medals) top 31 in the world and after few minutes update, totals medals my clan were fall from 9k7 to 9k3. I checked all my members in my clan and i found that 3 of us were dropped their medals. i predict that we lost 1500 medals from 3 these members, who are Araleiu, Hung and Goldseiker. We need a explanation for all happened and need to fix these problems. Moreover, we found 1 member, who was kicked automatically out from my clan. His name is Goldseiker and he cant join again my clan. It's crazy bug update from publisher. I guess the cause is updating bug because 3 of these members was drop lv from present level to old level of few weeks ago. Please help us to treat that as soon as possible.

Hey, look on the bright side! Many of us have lost hundreds of medals AND the game says we have a NEGATIVE crowns total.... I apparently have MINUS 1576 crowns now. Another user reports he now has MINUS 55600 crowns... It's crazy.

OMG the publisher Nexon compensate them alot of crowns as you said for the problems above? OMG! really???? if it's the truth, i think that it's fair with them.

No, the system took away all those crowns!!!! That other guy had almost 62000 crowns removed from his account!!!! I had 1700 crowns removed....
