Moving my game from IOS device to ANDROID device

I have problem when i want to move my game from my iphone to my android taplet
Error message:
"We can't connect this GOOGLEPLAY account to the linked game because it is already locked to the current game"
Please helppp

Hi there! Have you submitted an in-game Customer support request? With the new version, you can do this by opening the Settings menu, then tapping Customer Service, and then tapping the icon in the upper right hand corner. We'll be happy to look into your issue!
