Museum Confused

i am confused with what the artifacts do in museum and what gets +1 damage etc.

i mean one artifact says "Ranged Siege Damage +1" and another says "Heavy Cavalry hit points +1" okay what are those ranged sieges and heavy cavalry. u should be more clear about that.

Some of them are very clear like Gold from gold mines etc.

'ranged siege' is the formal name for artillery/howizer
'heavy cavalry' is the name for knights/tanks
