hi people i just spent (wasted) 30k crowns just to get all looted refund thing and even 1% version didnt get it! so i was wondering is it normal? or should i spend 100k or something? thanks

this is not normal. If you try to roll a line and it just doesnt come, just quit after 3-4000 crowns. Try again some other time. Don't just spend all your crowns in one go (30k for a single line is insane)

each type of artifacts are restricted to certain type of benefits. For eg, Armor is all about defense. Very very rarely you can get offense benefit there.
for all resources looted and looted resources refund try in Jewelry. I got it there. And to avoid just getting a start percentage of just 1%, try it during Artifact events.

Weapon is for offense
Armor is for defense
pottery is for economy and sometimes defense
Jewelry is somewhat mixed of everything.
