Museum loadouts crash war museum

Museum loadouts is messing our game. Currently I can’t even see nor change my museum not even in spot 1. When I try to go from main museum to war museum game crushes and without a screen card or something it gets me to my phone main screen. I tried to leave my alliance and re enter so my museum gets reset. I tried to erase the game and reinstall it. I tried to get in war museum from storage trying to swap an artifact. Nothing. I sent to cs. Still nothing. Very disappointed

The team is aware of this issue and has been working on a solution as quickly as they can.

Same experience. I have written 2tickets, no response from CS team and after some time they have been closed. Doesn't make sense to speak when nobody is listening...

you just say the team aware of this issue.but dont any effort tio resolve it.
video ads and load out issue is persist.
the war hal creft event is started and i cant go to the artifact storage. the game crash when i click on artifact storage

Can you please submit a ticket to the CS team on the issue? The team is still working on implementing a fix for museum loadouts.

The Video Ads issue as you saw last week is not controlled by us but is an issue from Google. The team will continue to monitor this issue and make improvements where they can.

ok.thank you. the video ads in version 12.0 of game is good but in later update dont play ads.

Unfortunately, errors with video ads are a Google issue, it is not something we control at BHG.

ok. cant you do something to show game screen for 15 second and dont show external video from google ads for those players have video ads issue? in 12.0 version of game video ads is good and we get reward after show 15 second automatic age screen

This is a part of it, but still is ultimately a Google issue. Our fixes made them easier to succeed, but the video ads are determined by Google and the issue may continue to persist for those that were experiencing it.

CopyFeely via Dpk posted these workaround instructions on discord: "Access your war museum by selecting a war artifact from your inventory that is not equipped. Empty your war museum. Then empty your MP museum. Close the game. Reopen the game. Good to go."
