My Ipad is out of order

Unfortunately my Ipad went out of order. I don't have any possibility to connect the game with PC. Could anybody please inform my alliance (Italia in Cina) that I only have tecnichal problems and I will be back as soon as possible ?

Of course I cannot use blue stacks, i did'n read the user ID of the game. Anyway I resolve repairing my Ipad.

No need for your player I’d..the moment your game is synced via Google store account, the account will get recovered when you install via bluestacks and your google store account.

Unfortunately blue stacks don't run good on my PC. First discharge the play from my telephon (android) and not from my Ipad (apple) and furthermore It call me to upgrade the game , but I don't have any option to do it by blue stacks
