My rubies disappeared!

Where are my rubies? They're not listed in the alliance gate like they used to be. Does this mean Marco won't accept rubies anymore and he only takes crowns?TinSoldier

They show up in my Command Post but not in Alliance Gate, weird

Kratos those are rubies you haven't moved to storage yet. You can't use them until you do.

Mine too & everybody in our alliance has had their rubies disappear

this goes deeper...in WW screens, you cant find anywhere rubies!! it is as if they decided to remove this currency from the game

The team is investigating the cause behind the case of the missing Rubies. The good news is, we can see your Rubies in your resource wallet on the server. However, it looks like the bug is prevents us from seeing Rubies when playing.

The team is working on a fix to toggle the Rubies to be visible again in the Alliance Gate and in the War Report.

After seeing this thread I still couldn’t see my rubies, but they came back after I dismissed the game and restarted it. Thanks for the quick fix!
