I cleared 2 forests on the first day of the HOLIDAY event, and got NOTHING. No mystery boxes.
Who do I call?

You didn't have to clear forests... the presents just showed up around the edge of the base. You should have gotten a bunch. Write customer service by tapping gears tab on right side of screen in game.

Did you clear trees? The presents appeared where trees were cleared.
