National Trade Goods not being awarded?

Several of our players are not getting NTGs awarded after a number of consecutive 5 star attacks. Is this happening to you? Seems like there may be a problem in NTGs being awarded...

Are they missing the diamond too? A hard close and restart of the app will clear the problem, although the goods and diamond are lost.

I think the NTGs you get in a battle depend on how many your opponent has stocked up (just like normal trade goods)... so if people are using them up in wars and not keeping a stockpile, they may be harder to get... is this right Nb4powerup ?

same here ELITE JAG , we just had a player get six 5* attacks in a row without receiving a single good of either.. something is up

They really need to change this so a minimum of 1 NTG is awarded in every 5 star attack. I can't think of any reason not to do this.

Your National Trade Goods can't be stolen, so whether the defender has any or not should not make a difference. I was also under the impression that you got them from 5 star victories and I also have had many attacks lately that have resulted in no NTG's. So I'm thinking that a 5 star just gives you a chance at getting NTG's not a guarantee. Clarification would be great though.

We're looking into this further but there is a display error that's not showing players that they earned NTGs in the battle results.

Its not just a display issue as the amount in the storage doesnt change either.

You're still not guaranteed an NTG, but if you are awarded one, it will show in storage (even though not shown on summary screen)
