Navy

We have army and airforce so far, and I think a navy division could be added with a whole variety of different ships from air craft carriers, destroyers, submarines, etc. Naval shipyard to build the ships, and research down through existing refinery, university, library. Ships could either attack from the water, or deploy troops or aircraft. Defences to navy could include shoreline defences, naval defence (ships), mines, missiles. Navy could also have limited attacks, so a single troop or aircraft carrier deployment, or fire limited volleys of missiles.
