Since we have a lot issues here regarding game balance, stability, etc.. and you are the bridge between us, the player base, and game design team, can you tell us how do you normally communicate with the design team and feedback from them, like updates on the fixes, if any, that we should expect within days or weeks. Do you forward our messages to them in the form of email, or do you prepare a detailed power-point that you present to them on a daily/weekly basis? I’m curious on how the communicate was done because so far, quite frankly it is very disappointing there is no response/acknowledgement from the game design team on current problem. If you could shed lights on the process, thus I can manage my expectation that if I should continue playing on this game or quit for a while until things get better

Hi there!

I've said this a few times before but please us my inbox for questions like this (or anytime you feel like making a thread to ask something directly of me). Generally, I collect feedback and as I work with multiple teams, I'm not able to go into length about the entire process.

Your definition of "quick question" is very suspect...as well as your definition of a complete sentence.

Secretive are we? Wow is this some sort of government agency designed to cultivate humans?

Just kidding dude, however all they wanted to know was a broad idea of how you communicate with the design team, not whats actually said, good grief 0.o

I believe its good for the community to be able to know something like this, not keeping it hid in a pm.

It sounds, Nb4powerup , that they're not asking for the content of your discussions with various departments, just an indication that you ARE discussing things with various departments, and maybe what sort of frequency. But that being said, you have given us some answers. Something is better than nothing - so thanks. :)

If an indication is needed, look at the state of the nations, network error announcement and tons of others over the past 6+ months since I've been here :)
I've been an advocate for this community since day one and have never neglected to carry the voice of the masses to other departments/management.
