BHG_Muet please see if you can help. I had an issue with my phone and did a factory reset. Once I got my phone back setup I installed dominations. Now the load bar goes about 25% of the way across the screen and I get a network error message and mentions player id: -1. See attached screenshot.

I've reached customer service thru email but each time in the same email chain I get a new person who responds with the same generic questions and doesn't seem to read the full email. They keep asking for information I've previously given them.

I know it's not a network issue as I've tried over my home wifi, cellular connection and now work wifi. Other games I've installed and had no issues.

Please help.

So over a week of not being able to play BHG_Muet come on help someone out. Last message from CS was on the 26th and they just said they are escalating the issue as normal fixes haven't worked.

So I did check on an old device i have and i can get the account to load but the device is so old game play just doesnt work so the issue is local to my Samsung s9 plus.

Yes one of my members been offline for 3 weeks now. Luckily he has 2 accounts so he still able to play as Enlightenment Agw but he's main been offline and there seems to be no help from Customer Service.

I bought a new Xiaomi tablet and I get the same message plus the screenshot says permanently banned, yet on my old tablet all 4 alts are still active. I think there's something on the tablet that the game doesn't like.

Yeah old tablet I have laying around let's me load all my accounts but for some reason I cant get the game to open on my phone. Sadly my tablet is so old that I really cant play on it. TinSoldier

Seems no response from customer support. I've been able to download new games I've never played before and games I have played in the past. Just dominations is fubar on my phone.

just an idea....

have you installed the google play app (Play Games, green triangle with a ps3/xbox controller icon) before running the game?
Your progress is saved there. If you dont have the app, it doesnt know what to load. Hence the error....

A wild guess but could be the real reason too

Another reason could be the incompatibility in google play versions between the old device and the new.
