Network Error & Unable to Post to Support

Hi,

I was mid game today, just hunting animals when the game crashed with a network error. From that point on, every attempt to reload was met with the same error. When I attempted to try again, the loading screen stayed put and the green bar went across without anything resulting.

I deleted my game and reinstalled it and the only difference is that now the network error message no longer contains my player ID number.

I have tried posting this to support for the last half hour, with and without photos, and I just get a "Something went wrong ... try again" type message every time.

My in-game name is Johnno and my player ID is

My game has come back. I'm not sure if one of the support messages got through or whether this did, but my game is loading and the town is as it was. Thanks

I have had that problem twice in 2 days and tried all the things you did. It just seems to happen randomly. Very annoying. Every other app works fine just the Dominations app doesn't want to load, I get the green bar & it doesn't fully load or I get the network error.
