New Low From Customer Service. HT Stats Incorrect

I started a support ticket because my Mk5 HT Base Damage is below what it should be after the update. The response I got was surely some kind of joke???

(to Pre-empt questions here:
- I have no active HT museum perks
- yes I have Versailles for +11% HP & have done 7 levels of Leo HT HP so my HT HP is correct)

Here’s my Mk5 stats (base damage 3157) and the Damage from the update Stage 2 (3300), as provided to customer service:

If you can’t click on the last image to see it, it is a screenshot of the generic cut & paste response from CS saying to close other apps, check your wifi signal, relaunch the game, last resort re-install...
I did all that like an idiot, naively hoping that this might be the one time it works, lol

I’ve also got Brandenburg Gate, so I should be getting +22% damage from that on top of the base damage of 3300.
So my base damage without museum should be 4026 !!!

TinSoldier why is it only 3157 ???

It seems this is not an isolated incident and affects other players as well.

This is actually interesting. If the HTs shoot per 1.5 seconds then it's a correct number ; 3300 base damage, which is 2200 dps (old value)+ 50%. Does that mean, the stat was only ''corrected'', not actually ''increased''?

Regardless, this is the opportunity for Nexon to clarify what “base damage” means in regards to any unit. But in this case I think they are lying. Stats are consistent for other units. I think they’ve made a huge mistake on HT.

a ht shoots every 1.5s
you have library research to make it shoot 15% faster so it shoots every 1.275s

3300 is base damage. divide by 1.275 and you get 2588 dps.

now you multiply by the brandenburg bonus of 1.22 to get 3157. which is what it says on your screenshot.

No, base damage shouldn't be divided by counting library researches also. It should be plain without any boost.
And without lib, it would only be 2200 (old value)

So basically it is not increased.

True - but you are pretty good with numbers, judging by some of your other posts. I bet irl your profession/studies involve working with numbers

Some sort of suggestion to the devs, please state the Dps rather than base damage. So we can compare with our own unit stats. It's a lot easier to use dps to measure our boosts as well.
I don't think many people would bother to count library + university + brand' gate + fury boost. (Well maybe only those who are excellent in numbers )

I saw TinSoldier had noticed the problem with the 2nd rebalance patch notes about the DPS and Base Damage confusions in the forum. But I forgot which threat.
And he said he will post any future update notes after the 2nd rebalance in DPS.
So if you check the 3rd and 4th rebalance notes, you will find DPS.
