Not sure what my inexperience has to do with it. I've been playing since April, I'm in GP because that's basically the pace I can afford to play the game. I didn't spend money and I max everything before moving up. Takes time. I'm not claiming I know anything, in fact I'm usually asking advice. I just don't get the level of rudeness I see on the forum. But maybe I'm just old and stuck in a different era.

Well, if I have offended you redprince, I apologise unconditionally. You are the one who called me "Mr Grinch". My comment comes after months of frustrations with the game and the very poor customer support that has gone with it. I still like the game and I still want it to succeed. It could be a lot better, especially if Nexon acts on my 4 points mentioned above. Perhaps they will...some of the recent signs are encouraging. As for being old...I'm actually a Grandfather...so I'm not that young myself.

I have to say after seeing the new moderators in actions. I have to say this is definitely a move in the right direction. I think that Iron Angel is doing a good job so far. Just need better and more prompt response from the coding side of things and i am sure the game will improve immensely. Keep up the good work.

(For example:moderate, serve as intermediaries between the users of Dominations and the Nexon's Developpement's teams, give us advice on the game ...)

Do you have specific domains to which you will be allocated ?
(For example: Ironangel will take care of "News and Announcements", Neko will moderate the forum "Alliances" ...)

Ironangel. I have a problem with dominations. I'm not able to get in the game for over a week now. Sending cs all the information they asked.. but still no progress solving my issue. . Hopefully you will give it a try? My player id is 109450. Boss aka bas have send you a message with my issue also. . Cs is telling me i must stop with spamming them with emails. The only thing I'm asking is an update of solving my issue. I'm getting behind on medals. .building stuff.. contact with alliance members. Please help me mate? !
