New to GA priorities

Hi guys,

I want to go GA in couple of days.
I have a week of IA rush and afterwards two weeks of GA rush.
I take 150K oil and 7M food and gold to those weeks.

My plan is to start with airstrip, armory, library, war academy in the first week.
Then in the GA rush - silo, decoy, howi, third general, planes, SAM, merc camp.

What do I forget?
What should be my priorities?

The question is: what IS your priorities? That will tell you what to upgrade first.
Certainly armory and whatever troops you use the most. Airstrip for sure and planes in the armory. Silo depends on what your oil needs are so that's likely a definite.
You'll definitely want to upgrade your barracks when you can for the extra troops.
Basically, stick with the basics: Barracks/Armory for the troop/offensive upgrades; planes, library, academy or merc camp if they help with attacks. Because workers are limited you should prioritize what you use the most. Once the library is upgraded do some research (no workers!).

Here's what I might recommend:
Armoury, war academy, and mercenary camp. Airstrip, if possible.
Followed by howitzers, decoy, and factory upgrade to unlock the bazooka unit.
Plane upgrades are alright, but, you might see immediate benefits if you focus on the upgrades to the barrack units at the armoury ahead of the planes, given that you're going to be new to Global Age. It's going to depend on whether you're willing to work with IA level troops for slightly longer in order to take advantage of the discount on planes.

I doubt if the silo will be discounted, but, if it is, go for it. After the discount period is over, focus on the air defense upgrades to protect your silo better.
As Manifesto rightly said, your bottleneck will be workers and not the resources, and so, plan around the worker availability.

The library researches themselves won't be discounted, I suppose, so, I wouldn't prioritize the library or the library researches during the discount period.

LOL! phraxos , I meant oil REFINERY when I said Silo - not the Missile Silo! (for your increased oil capacity)

If you have crowns, I recommend using them to crown the fort while it is on sale. Lower oil, and costing 8 workers is an excellent candidate for crowning anyway.

I’m upgrading soon myself and this is my order
Oil Refinery, Armory, Silo, Howi (discounted so won’t need to upgrade markets), rifle. After that a focus on offense.

i don’t care if Silo is not discounted, the benefit is too great. The average IA player can’t touch you nor can a rushed GA base.
