The first tier of upgrades is 3 workers. Oil production and SAM damage cost gold and can be reduced to 2 workers if you have Mansa Musa complete. Plane damage costs oil (10k for the first upgrade), so no worker reduction there. The upgrade times are relatively short but the cost is quite high. I just started tier 4 of oil production, it was 2.8 million gold and takes something like 16 hours. Yes, hours, not days. If all the researches are like this, Amelia is going to be complete quite fast. More like Mansa and Hiawatha than like the others.

It will take a lot of work to get the resources, but the good thing is if i'm short of resources, i can send my worker to do other research, maybe do leonardo or sejong..give it few days, and return to amelia again.

university level 4: Fighter damage +15%, SAM+30% damage, Oil Production +20% (5 level each box)
uni level 5: Aircraft cost: -25%, Air Defense damage +30%, Air Defense HP: +30%...then boost HP, damage of all plane and paratroops.
Casptone: uni level 6, + 1 air capacity.

Very happy with the layout of this leader, balanced upgrade costs with time required. Hopefully more leaders in the future will be more like this. Only downside is I'm Global so I can't get the lvl 6 parts of the skill tree, so looks like I'll have to go Atomic sooner rather than later.
