New Update available???

We are in a ww against ArdorTW. We can't attack one of their base, the game is saying we need to update our version of the game. Before I call out a cheater what might not be, please enlighten me?

We finally could attack him while he was online, then he was unavailable again, something's not right about that...

Most often, the 'Need to Update your version' message only occurs when we are releasing an update to the game. Were you able to contact Customer Service about this issue?
