And the hacker struck again and did the same thing again this evening to two accounts that Nexon restored.

TinSoldier myself, GGmylife, and Victor have both been hacked immediately after being restored.

So this means that this guy CAN hack whenever and whatever....and even if they black list his mac address, he can always do the same from another computer.

First time it wasn’t personal, it was just because he didn’t receive enough attention from his abusing parents when was younger.
The second one is because we welcomed him with a juicy go **** yourself in the game chat 🤣 and will continue to do so until Nexon fix their security hole in their servers.

TinSoldier Can you please update us when a permanent solution for this situation gonna be rolled out? Server side I mean. Because clearly that guy still have access to your servers if he can continue to do what ever he wants even after your restore yesterday.

This is a huge deal TinSoldier. You guys really need to communicate with us about it and the progress you made if any.

TinSoldier your in game CS just closing the conversation without an answer after asking them to restore the account back for a second time. What is this?
Attaching a screenshot of how my base now looks like and what that Superman wrote in our game chat.

edit: the forum doesn’t allow me to upload the screenshots for some reason.

He changed my nation to Koreans, changed the age to Atomic, messed with troops and generals (all are low level now), changed my name to Superman as well and have added crowns from 25k i had to over 100k (which I don’t get why lol if he just wants to mess with our accounts).

Thank you sponge. Any chance you can help with that somehow? I’m not on Facebook/Twitter and less familiar with all the gaming sites.
But this situation is related to everyone (not only our alliance). Even though he is targeting us for some reason but be sure he can access anyone in there without having your gamecenter/google play id. And this situation is beyond scary.

Unfortunately I don't use Facebook or Twitter either. And you can just google gaming news sites, most, if not all, will have contact form, so you can get in touch with them that way.

Until we get Nexon's official statement on this, I'd change your Google and Apple credentials, enable 2 factor authentications, and wipe your devices clean. And if you're rooted or jailbroken, I'd revert to factory state, in case this turns out to be your devices. I'd also decouple your credit cards, paypal, or whatever you use for payments from these accounts until everything is resolved.

No rooted/jailbroked device in here. He is not accessing the accounts from gamecenter/google id that’s for sure. Because he did it to over 15 our guys yesterday. Some on ios some on google and some guys even on Asia servers. (Koreans and Japanese). He just have access to Nexon’s servers from where he can control everything.

The selective nature is he took a swipe at one alliance as a whole. That part seems fairly obvious. I just want access to my account again. I will take you at your word that your team is actively working on restoring accounts. With the progress that was made yesterday I think by the end of business hours today we should have the rest of accounts restored! Like I stated earlier, we love communication.

He is French according to some screenshot he posted on discord (the game language was French). He is using Android device. Because of the screenshot he posted on discord from our chat you don’t see the signs near ARES name. It doesn’t show only on Android devices for some reason.

And the connection is that he is targeting us because we are a top team and apparently he has some interest for us not to succeed or fail. Might be some player from other top team? Just a thought.

I hope this info will help somehow.

TinSoldier We still have 5 accounts which weren’t recovered at all since the first time. And it’s been over 2 days now. I’ve sent you on discord their game names with their players ID. Can you please help with that to rush it a bit?
