After a month of the community asking in this thread and dozens of others for at least some sort of communication....Im guessing the answer to the question in the title is a clear "No." lol.
I dont really expect companies to reply in threads like this, I think that is ok. But, I can say that if my company had an issue like this impacting its customers, quality of product, etc...there would be a giant sticky post at least recognizing problems and updates/actions against them, or at least information on why things are the way they are and wont be changing.
