Nexon, where is our Glory?

Bombardier UK has just won a war , however instead of adding the 281 glory points for winning, nexon marked it down as a defeat and we lost 674 glory points !

Both teams maxed out on stars. Both sides got 5 stars on each base.

So we were hitting for time. We were quicker by 2 seconds. Therefore we should have a victory page not a defeat, and our glory certainly should not have been deducted!

Our win was acknowledged by customer services, so why has our glory not been reinstated !?
Why is it so difficult to add it to our score.

We are missing a total of 955 glory points!

And we are still waiting for our glory to be reinstated and the glory we should've been rewarded to be added on!!!

So what we war , win and still get our glory taken off us! Makes a mockery of war really!

It's an insult, we fought hard to not lose that amount of glory, you can see how close it was...and for this to happen is unbelievable

Hey, Jax! The game became a bad joke. No answers from mods, no help from CS, all your efforts and money spent are going to waste. In the actual state of the game, there's no fun left... only frustrations.

Hey Nim, I agree, it's just awful the amount of problems that arise. Most I can cope with , brush it off but this one...taking glory even after winning is just insulting.
Any word on the decoy issue ? I have noticed the lag, it can get so bad I can't deploy anything but the timer still ticks!

The only responce we get here is silence, no matter what the issue is.

The team is investigating the issue behind why this war declared the winner the way it did.

Unfortunately, we do not have the tools to award Glory, and the best course of action is to alert both Nb4 or myself, and Customer Service.

When information becomes available, we will be happy to share it!

You don't have the tools to award Glory? What?? A CS college student could type up an SQL command to award that glory in about 10 seconds. That's about as easy of a database update as there is.

Hi,

As TinSoldier explained, CS and the developers do not have a tool to award Glory. I know that isn't ideal since you lost your glory but we simply do not have the means to restore it. BHG is investigating what caused this and once we have an update, we'll provide it.

I am saddened by this, the amount of Time, resources, troop cards, money spent to get to where we were....
The effort we put into that war to ensure all of that didn't go to waste....for nothing.
What if this happens again? What if we win and nexon still takes our glory again.....
