No Diamond

Just recently not getting a Diamond from 5 star victories in WARS, anyone else suffering this?

Just checked, no diamond here either, had 4, still have 4. Perhaps I should pay more attention and check whether I received a flower pot too. Or the measly loot.

Just checked flower pots, 99% sure I didn't get that either. So let's assume there was no gold/food either.

Just finished a 5 star world war battle and no diamond.

No diamond after 5 star victory in war has been happening to me and everyone in my alliance since the most recent update. After victory it shows that you won a diamond but when you leave the war screen it never shows up in your inventory. I have sent several messages to customer service and they say that this is a known issue that they are working on.

Same here, no diamond for 5-star victory in war. Also NTG showed on summary screen, but I didn't get it in my inventory. NTGs are already hard enough to get, so this really hurts.

Nb4powerup Is the team aware of this issue?

This bug is so obvious that CS will give you 300 crowns for reporting it, without even requesting a screenshot first or pretending that maybe you did something wrong.

300? Wow - certainly makes my 100 crowns for 3 crashes look like a poke in the eye !!

Nb4powerup Any info on this issue? Second war in a row I'm not getting my diamonds or trade goods. CS says it's a known issue.

At the moment, make sure you submit a ticket to support. They will then review with the developers as to what may have happened.

Yep, no diamonds from wars. It has definitely been broken for a number of wars.

Curious why they would need more than a few tickets to establish a pattern? I've logged one too, just in case
