No loot from war

Pretty simple, war ended, we won, no collect.

You have changed you War Base during war, did You?
They are distributing the War loot with heavy Mortars, and that was calibrated to hit the position of your Command Post at the beginning of the war. Well as the War has ended your Command post's position has changed and the heavy mortar hit a building without any resource capacity.

OK, this is a known bug. If you change your actual war base layout during the War, then it might happen, that the War Loot is not delivered...

And don't be online while the war is over and the "calculation" runs. Every time I was online at this time I haven't received the loot

Funny how everyone has their own theory on what causes this bug. For me, I think it is because I didn't collect from my post from the previous war.

Definitely if you change your war base during war, you get no loot. You basically "activate" another base when you're in the middle of the war and no loot next time. I update my war base a lot so it was easy to notice. I tested this out 3 times and gotten no loot each time.
