Good day. I have been trying for a week to ask a question through the site https://nexonm.helpshift.com/a/dominations/?contact=1, but after submitting the question, I receive an error message (screenshot in the attachment). When I try to write a message to dom_support@bighugegames.com, I get an answer that this address is no longer supported. Where can you quickly get answers to your questions now?

I will ask a game question right here, I hope for an answer.
Can you please tell me if the bonuses "Invading Bomber Damage" and "Invading Bomber Hit Points" from artifacts of the war hall apply to enemy bombers that can be activated in the citadel, for example, Nighthawk or Tu-160?

Can you try submitting the ticket again and letting me know if you're still receiving the error message? We may have had a moment of downtime with our system.

I tried to open the ticket again but got the same error. Tried to do it through different browsers from PC: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, MS Edge, but the result is the same. Wrote a message to support@bighugegames.com, waiting for a response.

Not surprised I have not had reliable customer service since vip no longer exists days go by at time wars go from planning day to over before results are given. I haven't logged in in 2 weeks now because the game is so bad now

It is very unclear why, when contacting support with simple game questions, in response, they require you to provide information about your account? I indicate the account ID in the ticket, they themselves should see it. In addition, this information often does not relate to either the question or the answer to it.

Example of a first response from support:

Thank you for contacting us. In order for us to assist you further, please provide the information below.

- Village Name (the name you selected when you started the game)
- UID, if possible (this is a number)
- Village Age (i.e. Bronze Age)
- Nation (i.e. Greece)
