We as invictus faced nomads several times and it is obvious they cheat we provide evidence but nothing is done about it .dominick in ythis war is atomic his planes dont get destroyed his field howie takes down my maxed and univ done atg in one shot ..evidence is clear .i have a bazooka sentry fo the war and top non cheating teams with attack coals and maxed units failed on my base using eas as well .this guy is atomic and walks thru my base .
Nexon tell us straight up fron if u not interested in making things right .

They take cheating very seriously and will investigate all reports of cheating.

Now what we consider seriously and what BHG consider seriously seem to differ. And what we consider to be fair action in response to obvious and sustained, demonstrable cheating also differ. And the fact that, overall, the general level of response and reaction to this by BHG hasn’t changed dramatically means they have already told us their answer.

I would guess they would appreciate it awfully if the cheats would just stop doing it. It’s the cause of a lot of work for them and they don’t have the resources to deal with cheaters and making new content/updates. So they will prioritize one over the other. Which do you think it has been, based on what you see?

TinSoldier Was in this war and the final attacks by Nomads are just blatant hack jobs. This team has climbed the board using every exploit possible and it’s just plain garbage. War is where most players choose to spend on the game and to have it devalued by a team that is allowed to exist despite repeated complaints from fair teams is an insult to everyone. Do your job Nexon and investigate this team, you have the evidence. Go to work.

Nomads cheated against us too. A few of us reported it and got the canned "thanks for letting us know, here is 300 crowns" response from CS.

I don't understand why BHG doesn't just empower a few dozen long time players with the ability to directly flag suspicious players in-game to whomever resolves these things. Would it kill cheating? No. Would it curtail it? Possibly. Without having to go through this idiotic process of having to send screen shots to an indifferent, apathetic and often ignorant 3rd party customer service, who maybe talk to someone at BHG once a week at most, who maybe will get around to it if it's been flagged enough.

Obviously opening flagging privileges to everyone would create more problems than it solves. People pissy about losing would flag any base and the backlog would be enormous.

Since most of the cheating occurs only at the highest end of the game these cheat hunters would probably only be necessary at atomic or above.

Of course all this is based on the theory that BHG really would want to clean up cheating on a massive scale. I'm sure the biggest and best cheaters are generally smart enough to be big spenders too. This company long ago decided to get thousands from thousands rather than tens from millions. As a result it's unlikely there are even millions to get tens from these days if they wanted to.

The CS team is most likely provided by Nexon, the techs are from BHG. That's why sometimes we need to keep pushing these issues many times. Has it been "seriously" investigated though? If it has, I'm pretty sure this topic will soon be closed

No, the CS is outsourced to a third party company called Helpshift. They're just a general customer service company, not even one that specializes in games. That's why they are so utterly cluesless most of the time. Today's ''gamemaster'' is likely to be tomorrow's ''toastermaster''.
