Numerous players MAX Global less than 24 hours after release

The cost of upgrading to max global, including multiple level 40 generals, instantly is thousands of dollars.

I kindly request Nexon to investigate all players with level 40 generals and inspect them to confirm they purchased sufficient crowns to reach that level.

We have known for a long time there are rampant exploits, hacks or cheats in the game. A new age is released and a LOT of players are instantly maxd everything. That completely undermines the game and drives any legitimate players from playing. Why should anyone play this game, or spend money on it, when no matter how hard you play or how much you spend (within reason) others will be far ahead of you...for free?

We just fought the clan with QED. He was level 162 with max everything less than 2 days ago! Now he is global age, multiple level 40 generals, all max troops, and level 180. It should take a solid year of aggressive gaming, or thousands of dollars, to reach that point. If you wish more evidence, I can show a video of our war attack on this player 2 days ago when he was level 162 Industrial Age, but you should be able to clearly see such from your records.

What we, the gaming community, are seeking....what we DESERVE...is an IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. An investigation does not require weeks of research, but rather a couple minutes. A simply filter can produce a list of all players with level 40 generals who have also spent less than ?$1000 in crowns the past 30 days. One staff member can spend a few minutes investigating. Either these players spend $1000+ on the game this week, or they did not. If they did, you can simply respond "we have investigated the list shared and are confident they acquired global age along with their upgraded troops and buildings through legitimate means" OR you can respond "we investigated this issue and found evidence of illegitimacy and took appropriate action (i.e. banned the accounts).

3. Whatever happens, this action should be taken for ALL accounts with level 40 generals. It is not even possible to be global age yet without the use of a lot of crowns. Sure some of those crowns could have been earned, but the amount of oil and time required to jump from max Industrial generals (30) to max Global generals (40) is MONTHS without a lot of crowns. Players HAD to buy the oil as there is not enough space in the oil storage.

It is time to stop taking months to respond, and kindly do so in a day. It is time to stop being vague with answers such as "the matter is being investigated". These delays and responses don't serve the community. The bugs, the disconnects, the war issues are all too much already...to allow this blatant cheating and not take prompt, public action will clearly lead to a massive community response.

Seeing maxed Global age base in 2 days! CS needs to investigate them and ban the player if $$ was not spent on their base! It upsets lot of hard work players playing to get to the top!

i think that allowing to buy anything but the initial TC upgrade of global age itself for the crowns in a first few months was a HUGE mistake by Nexon. The game for me just lost all point.

Equal while I have sympathy with your sentiment not sure it's a good business model for Nexon not to allow people to buy stuff. kinda sad anyone would want to spend that sort of money on a game tho. Exceliion's point still stands and this thread needs to stay on the front page

Only in 2 days, I have attacked by maxed global troops plus 2 generals in lvl. 40. Also.. I found 4 global players when at war yesterday. Please keep in mind, we don't know who are really cheater or legitimate player who purchased a lots of crowns to achieve that level. So we are absolutely can't judge any other player as well even if we found a player with maxed global troops already only in a day.

Moreover, Nexon definitely can't telling us every players who have been reported and get banned already or even the real big spenders because it brokens the rules, TOS, and privacy policy. Nobody knows

My friend who also in same alliance has maxed out his global troops and all building only in a day. However, I'm a co-leader...we are all hate cheating much, so even if he is my close friend, I have to ask him to prove his purchase histories, and he did OMG, he purchased Mountain of Crowns 5 times in a day!

Based from this, I'm suggesting Nexon to creating something like "Badge" and will be shown under player's name or somewhere else. You can set a couple of badge categories as following:

Silver badge
- Total purchases about $99 - $499 through credit card, google gift voucher, etc..

Gold badge
- Total purchases about $500 - $999 through credit card, google gift voucher, etc..

Platinum badge
- Total purchases about $1000 more through credit card, google gift voucher, etc..

With this way, I believe all people can recognize cheater or not, because cheater did not make any purchase officialy, even if a guy did cheating already (he maxed global troops in a week) then he purchased a Mountain of Crowns, we are still recognize if he is 100% cheater as well because $99 is very small amount to achieve that level. Then simply we just do reporting.

it is very sad that some people have made it to max global by spending that many crowns ... or cheating ... one thing that I have always enjoyed about games like this is the journey .. the destination is a distant thought.

Nexon - When I write up a question in customer service - I usually get a response within 24 hours. I think this is a reasonable request being made. Yes you cannot investigate every occurrence but dedicating 1 part time resource to monitor and ban accounts that are obviously cheating will preserve and promote the Nexon brand for this game and all your future product. Otherwise you risk the community banning your games or worse finding and using cheats. Either way it represents loss of revenue to your corporation.

I hope someone from customer service does provide some responses here.

Nexon should respond to this. Devoting a part time resource to counter cheating is a healthy way to promote and preserve the Nexon brand. The alternative is lose revenues and brand degradation.

The reality is without spending this game and others like it don't exist. We can all sit back and (mostly) agree spending $10 or $20 a month is reasonable, but others have more free money and may choose to spend $100-200 in a month without any concern. What is troubling are those like @aoe.kaskusaempire shared who spend $500 or more in a single day. It is too much of an advantage. But once again, the game requires money and that is apparently it's source.

Focusing back on the root issue, if you search "Dominations Cheats" or similar topics on Google.com, you will quickly find websites with exploits which allow you to get as much free crowns or gold as you wish, along with free builders. Bottom line, those who spend $100 or more in a single month are very few, likely less than 1% of the player base and we wont run into them very often, as most are too busy working to play. We are seeing FAR too many accounts maxd to account for normal spending. Spenders don't want to be labeled so the badge suggestion, while well intentioned, would never work. What will work is A simple database query which takes less than 5 minutes to write showing all accounts with less than $100 in spending the past 30 days who have a level 40 general. To reach that level, the player would have used well over 1000 crowns to accelerate Global Age advancement, then used thousands of crowns buying oil and accelerating general updates 10 times.

$500 in a single day ??!!! I can't imagine spending that in 6 months!!. The good news is that all these bought maxed bases often offer good looting opportunities - and in battles these people often offer some comic moments.

I'm all for supporting a game I play with the odd donation of 10-20 $ a month, maybe as much as 50$ .. I also don't agree with the badge system but there could be a VIP status implemented .. you get additional buildings or landmarks as a gift for reaching spending goals. hackers of course would not have these landmarks and could be identified easier. they would not be anything that can be destroyed and make the base any more difficult. just a decoration like a flag or a statue.

how easy would it be to show some appreciation for those that are willing to fund a game we all enjoy.

I know some folks would like to remain anonymous with their spending habits but if you are guilty for doing it, then don't do it is the answer. (please keep doing it but be proud instead)
