Once again i've got tempted bye one of the offers on the offer wall to get some crown. Even though i've only get's the crowns approx 20 % og the time.
This time it was Vikings - War of clans. I've played the game for a week or so and got my palace to lvl. 10 as the offer described to do. But once again i never got my crowns.
When checking the "missing crowns" section the offer didn't show, so had to put op a ticket to the Domination CS at first. I was told that the issue wss past on to the right department and they would come back to me. After some days i asked if there was anything new, but it was a negative. Then some more days went and i got an answer that the ticket was closed cause they haven't heard from me without any answer to my issue. I asked why and the only answer was the issue was past on and news about it could be found on the social point like facebook and other.
Is that a decent way to treat players?
It was now approx two weeks since i did finish the offer and i actuaæly checked the "missing crowns" page again and now i coild see the offer was started. So i filed a ticked directly to the provider with everything asked for and a screenshot that showed the goal was fullfilled.
But there customer service seems even worse then the in game one.
They only answer in standart mails and don't answet questions. Like telling to make sure the offer is started on there link. I wouldn't be able to make the ticket if i hadn't staryed it by there link.
Tinsoldier. Really why do you keep working with this scamming company and why aren't your own CS taking issues about it seriously?
