The CS team went on vacation? 3 days ago they cheated on me in a war and I sent a ticket while it was active. They won a war on me with traps and I'm still waiting for a response.

Another alliance did the same thing to me today. Where are they to monitor this? I send screenshots and they say "we didn't find anything strange"

I was surprised that I just had to go to war against that particular alliance and I reported an abuse of used TTs, they immediately responded that the player was using a "dirty game." Now after his temporary ban, the same user used this trap again but I did not see them taking action. I presented all the evidence and they replied that "they were going to investigate the alliance"
