Official Nexon statement against Cheating

Iam just curious what is official Nexon statement and policy against cheaters in war? If someone rapport cheater and present you evidence (screenshots) what will you do to that particular player, not to entire alliance?
Kindly ask for honest answer from game developers.

It is policy not to discuss other players accounts.

When an Alliance or player is reported (to me or to CS) there is a surface level investigation before a deep dive on individual accounts can be done. We do look into all accounts that are reported. Several accounts have recently been passed to CS for further review. I'm sorry I can't offer more insight right now, but we do look into all of the claims brought against individuals and Alliances.

And how come nothing happens to cheaters? Same players, reported several times, with proofs, screenshots and videos, are still here, doing what they do best. Cheating.
I understand that you look into every reported account, but what happens next? Do you also take any kind of action against the cheater if proven guilty?

Thanks for answer, sorry to be perhaps difficult, but I am talking about cheaters in war. Lets just say, I report a cheater in war, and present you a screenshot from war replay. You have that same replay on your server, you watch it, and really can see he is a "war cheater" without any doubt! Just asking hypothetically, not reporting anyone. What happens to that account?

Ok, if there's no answer you can close this topic, but iam not asking about game accounts, a just ask how game developers treat war cheaters after investigation and conviction, what is the penalty? Since dominations have some similarities to CoC, i can tell how they deal with cheaters: first they send official warning inbox to all players, if they find a cheater they treat them with 15-30 days ban (to uninstall all your programs) and finally permanent ban if they don't learn lesson . Iam afraid "not to discuss " policy can only encourage cheaters to continue...
