please just answer me one thing. can a fully offense upgraded player take down a fully defense upgraded base?

consider university, museum etc.

if and above average attacker can get atleast 3-4 star in this scenario no one will have issues with the game. this looks like a right balance for me.
the 5th star should be with skills of the attacker.

if players are not satisfied with this that is because they got used to playing easy way.

Sadly nexon had realised about this very late and people got used to 5 stars and now they don't want to improve their skills.

complaining about museum: why can't you guys improve your museum. just that you guys don't want to spend time and know what to improve you are blaming nexon for keeping it invisible. whats the fun if you know if you can take down a base before attacking it.

nexon first take some measures to improve game quality bugs and cheats etc. strategies will change but quality should always be high.

sorry i never spent a penny on this game not just museum. still i have +30% of HP and Damage for HT and other benefits of like +10% enemy defender spawn time. don't blame money and time. i am sitting at level 247 and i hardly play 30 minutes on week days and 1-3 hours on weekends.

if you’re at level 247, then you must have fully upgraded offense. so you can answer your own question by entering Dynasty 1 and attacking some of the lvl 303 bases here. and tell us how it went.

i can take lvl 270 base in mp battle with troops, alliance troops and mercs. matter of fact i play in empire and dynasty leagues. anyway we are more of talking about war attacks.

Yes. Skilled players can ESPECIALLY at world wars. Unskilled ones will either whine or just pay everything.
Or, try to enjoy other things like me since I'm not skilled

This question is nonsense and not about the problem which the game has now. The problem is that the fun in wars is gone and the fun in attacking in mp is gone. Before if you would do your best you could attack 3 times in a row, which was fun. Now you have to wait to retrain. That is not fun and makes people put their game away and stop playing. In wars before rebalance a weaker alliance had a chance against a bit stronger alliance by making better time. That was fun. Nowadays you just know you are going to win or lose. Thats not fun. The game has also turned into a pay to win game. Thats also not fun. There are more things wrong but the key thing is the fun is gone. Nexon will not bring this fun back they will take the loss of players by being able to sell more legendary artifacts etc. but you should not defend this by asking the players a question acting like the players are wrong.

Seriously if you find boredom in the game by any case, having warm and cool conversations with allies will keep you alive. That is our FUN.

Hence my lack of complaints in the game, only a few ridiculous thing. (None of them are related to Rebalance)
