pay complete but crowns dont load with mobil payment

hello. i was 5 times buy started pack but not load my crowns.i try 1 time and than i was take error,and i try , try and try.and than all them pay is onetime taking from my mobile but not loading.I was send you 1 week ago my bill. A week passed and still not resolved. payment date and time i will give you. please contact the my communucation company to turkcell in turkey country.my crowns is not loading.i pay 07.04.2015 date 16.29 time i was pay 5 times started pack.please check this.i was send you 4 post, but this my problem is dont checking from your corporation.
