There are players with the name Leader, which is not shown on the war base. This situation causes an inconsistency in the game and a communication error message is displayed when these bases are attacked, preventing stars from being made in them!
Does the base have any buildings on it?
if it does you could try to attack it with high HT's donated by your team mates.
Drop the alliance gate troops first and when the network connection error occures don't close anything.
in the background you see the attack attack still continues let it run until the timer runs out.
what ever you do ignore the network connection error and let the battle run in the background.
This base is spoken of often and reported many times.
to bad BHG isn't able to do something about that base.
