Please do something to the Cheater/Hacker

I got attacked many times by a player named "igotmoney", I reported that he is cheating two weeks ago but got no response.
I am sure he is cheating because he is just level 214 and beat level 259 with 5 star in less than 30 seconds.
There are other cheater but this guy really piss me off.
