Well, some have been waiting a month for a fix to the same problem you have. I've been waiting close to two weeks now. I hope they update us or give some concrete evidence that work is being done to rectify this problem. If you did purchased some crown, i suggest ask for a refund. If you're on ios, its very easy to get a refund since there is a huge amount of players asking for refunds. And Apple is willing to refund all your money spent on crowns. A player have said that apple is also investigating the app due to huge number of complaints and request for refunds.

Im sorry to say to you guys but if the game doesnt load anymore those cases has never been fixed. I know early batch of players who had that problem some gave up and some just decided to setp up new account.
