Potential cheater? Oil looted - But I'm in GA

Hi all, long time lurker here.

I got attacked by someone from EA who stole a lot of resources from me, including oil.

The problem is, I'm in GA and I have NO oil whatsoever.

After contacting CS, the offered explanation was that the oil was looted from my Command Post (Level 3). I just couldn't collect the oil because I didn't have a refinery.

Now this news to me - I had no idea your Command Post could collect oil even though it's not at level 5.

So as it stands, you will always have oil in your CP, but if it's below level 5, you can neither see nor collect it? Does anyone buy this explanation? Can anyone verify? Do I have to PM Seraphine / Iron Angel?

In the last update, they added oil storage to all command post levels. It used to only be lvl 5+, but not now. It's in the release notes.

Funny it's all because the developers put an error and placed a value of 12 instead of 2 of Nuclear Use. They plan to keep it that way.

Oil out of nowhere is what the game needs.

Here I thought it was just a bug from war because I attacked people in EA as GA and noticed that we could steal oil despite not having oil storage or a refinery. Made a big stink about it too because my command post is bugged and I can't collect loot from it. I ended up getting near 1200 crowns for it but it still didn't fix the bug :/
