I just mention them on inbox messages and they get back in no time. Unless of course they don't speak your language.

We have up to 50 members across all time zones and chat that can turn over the 198 messages in a few hours... thes less active members give up reading

We tend to leave inbox messages for war strategies so people bother to read.. If we left messages for everyone.. war strategy would get lost
