Ever since taking over leadership of our alliance THE UNKNOWN we've really turned things around and have been really doing good in war and as a group. I've had to put certain rules in place which apply to everyone. After missing both attacks last war the former leader was demoted by me as I believe in "one rule for Everyman" and we as leaders should lead by example. Than today he pulled a punk move where he kicked everyone who was no counsel or leaders and left. You can imagine the frustration. His excuse was he handed over the team and he can take it. Well hopefully ppl come back as we are down to five now. FYI, his name is XIIXIIX just incase he joins your team. Really sly and cunning dude.

Wow dude thats really low down. Feeling for the other guys that were booted too, theyre prolly thinking WTF!?
And yeah we to have a rule where if you miss two WW's x2 attacks youre gone burger. It maybe a good idea to give your guys your back up email address or do what the hobbits do and have a whole chat board set up. Thats a great idea.

Yeah my plan was to have a team chat on kik and would have gotten to it but we had small alliance (18 ppl) but one that warred very good. Now have to have one so this doesn't happen again. I hope Nexon does something about these kind of cases as it take awhile to build good solid warring alliances.

Sorry to hear that. As an ex-leader of an alliance I would advise you to give everyone your email contact ,at least. Its good for all kind of troubles!

Yes it does take time to build. Players come and go as everyone tries to find a comfortable and happy place to enjoy the game. Sounds like ya done dipped under the 10 player baseline to war? Thats not good either as we've found out that we lose members when they can't war. Come visit VZ and see if we are the same type people. I have a recruitment thread also. We have what sounds like the same rules you described. Send emissary or a group of and see, we might be a good fit for you guys ;-]

Sorry to hear the events and it sounds childish to me. If that child named that alliance danged if I would stay after that low blow.

sorry to hear about this Yendor
some people just play this game to feel better than other people and it sounds like your x-leader was one of those types of bozos. Best of luck in reassembling your alliance.

If you demote members (especially for missing a war IMO - where life could happen, etc.), they're likely to be unhappy about that. So, if you don't want to risk that drama, demote to ally status. Of course similar reasoning applies to promoting people, gotta be careful of your actions as leader. Its a tough job xD
But personally, I look at wars as extra resources for my alliance, win or lose doesn't matter, I just like to see sufficient participation and effort. If members miss both, they sit out the next, and have a chance at redemption in the following war. I prefer to keep it simple.

We are warring alliance and if we don't get 10 ppl back we are looking to join another alliance. My five guys right now range from lvl 98 GA almost max to myself lvl 148 IA. We donate like crazy and war very good. We also believe in maxing each age with walls included before moving up. This has proven to be a very good strategy. I've looked at Volume Zero, Hobbit Zombies, Borgs, but we are trying to keep our group together. Drama free please.

Just change the motto and info to invite them back and explain you were hijacked, might work since some might check the alliance page. Good luck

I sent you a private message about joining Eminent Domain. Even if it a stop along the way to somewhere else it gets you warring again right away. Your sizes fit right with us.

Well thanks everyone for your messages and post. We got 5 others who came back and even krept out a win last second in war. It's was straight out a movie plot. We have 10 now so will stick and build from here.

Good to hear they're finding their way back. We had a few good players booted accidentally and had to send out scouts for them, not all will join a chat app. Wish there was an easier way to send messages within the game. You're welcome to come and visit us at Aussies Rule 2 any time. We get a lot of visitors :)

Every company will generally approach this matter the same: what the leader does is on them. We don't interfere, change rights or remove access. It opens the doors to a lot of false claims and is nigh impossible to confirm everything that would be needed.
