I purchase crowns somewhat regularly but only when they have the ‘just for you’ +50% crowns offer. It’s $19.99 for 3,750 crowns. Every single time i purchase this offer i do not receive them and i have to create a claim with customer service and provide a screenshot of my receipt from Apple. This is a huge inconvenience, especially when I really want them immediately to crown something.
Recently i started my Town Center to Atomic Age and i had enough food to go ahead and start my armory so i wanted to crown the TC immediately. I bought that deal and didn’t receive my crowns so i had to buy crowns from the store at regular price to do it. After i got my receipt from Apple i was able to get my other crowns they shorted me.
This has literally happened to me at least 5 times over the past few months, most recently about 10 minutes ago. Im getting tired of this routine and wonder if this is happening to anyone else and hopefully they find a fix for it soon.
