Hotfix gifts not received

Hi. I didn’t get the 5 6-hr speed ups that everyone else did. I did delete the app and reinstall at some point (maybe even twice) during the last week when all these issues were occurring. Could this be why I didn’t receive them? Is there a way for support to grant them to me now?

Alliance members are saying the same thing, while most of us got the speed up comps, not everybody did.

When free gifts used to be given, weren't they sent to our inboxes? Seems strange that these gifts were something we had to collect from the sales window. Maybe they were only available for a few days and if you missed them well, too bad?

Once you download the latest update you should find the window that @nobodyknowsthetrouble shared in their post listed in the shop. The Speed Ups are available to claim until 7/31.

Good news, peeps. I did see them after cust. serv. told me where to find them (as someone mentioned, in the SALES tab). Why I should’ve thought to look there, I have no idea. But I will in the future. Thanks for your comments, players.
