Repeated crashes is breaking the game

I understand that this should not be posted here but in the bugs section, but I am very disappointed by Nexon's response so far. I have been playing on my iPhone 6s as well as iPad Air 2, most of the time with stable wifi connections. Yet the recurring crashes the past few days have made this game almost unplayable and very frustrating. The response given by the customer service are generic copy and paste messages which mostly blame on our devices, and besides the meagre compensation of 100 crowns, it seriously dampens any interests in the game. How hair splitting is it to be in the midst of a good loot, lose everything and return to a base with no troops? It takes an hour or more to retrain everything, needless say opening your base to get attacked and lose much more, especially when farming for oil with this weekend air strip discount.

I really hope that the Developers can stop blaming us and take responsibility, step out and acknowledge this is a big problem instead of making us accept as part and parcel of playing this game. While I appreciate other developments to this game like adding more features such as expeditions and the atomic age to come, the more important issue for customers is a stable game with minimal bugs. You can reverse the additional features to half a year ago without stuff like docks and university and embassy etc BUT if you do provide a simple but playable game, the customers will be there and the bucks will still roll in. Simple games like angry bird, flappy bird, candy crush, slitherio etc don't need so many blings blings and wow features to retain and grow their player base.

I'm sorry that this is a negative rant post and doesn't do much to help this game or the community, but hopefully it can ring some bell and the developer will admit and do something about the server issue, instead of dragging its feet or pushing the blame back to us. If need to, allocate more resources to fixing that instead of stacking back to back events, rushing out new features and atomic age. I can assure you that your players will be happier. It's not a negative post it's very well written and true. I'm at the point where I just simply don't understand what on earth is going on. Days of crashes, actually weeks (since the last update) it's been awful now. Everyone is impacted in our alli and most simply just are stopping their attacks. When the network doesn't make us crashed we are faced with a terrible glory system and other bugs. I've never seen such a great game plagued by so many game breaking problems, and have them persist for so long with zero material communication (excluding the 'we know it's a problem' posts which come frequently but have no substance). I truly think nexon just doesn't understand the problems and how they are affecting players, or just doesn't care enough to do anything about them because some metric they are looking at says it's not that bad. It's so disappointing.

Spinning ball crashing is now out of hand. My alliance is seeing this across-the-board now. Almost impossible to do MP attacks. Nexon must act immediately or lose many players. I myself am considering leaving the game.

Same here, how fun is it to lose entire army including 4 heavy tanks, which costs 5400 oil to retrain, and only get 100 crowns as compensation if any compensation at all.

I've usually taken the odd crash/server disconnect in stride, and haven't complained too much, but, I believe the current situation requires some immediate attention.

This is not a rant - it's a sincere call to attention.

It's true that multiple allies are saying that they are considering taking a break from the game due to the disconnection issues this week.
I'm personally seeing this error message about connectivity issue far too often over the past few days, and the game is forcefully reloading, and I can totally understand what everyone's going through across the board.
This is definitely getting out of hand.
Please get this addressed on priority.

As someone who has enjoyed the game from nearly the launch of the game, it's my sincere desire to not see this game go down the way it's heading now.
Nb4powerup Seraphine please pass on this sincere message sent in the game's best interests to the management - whatever it takes, be it server resources, or a software fix that's needed to address this problem, it's imperative that it's done at the earliest.
Looking forward to the issue getting addressed soon!
Awaiting a resolution, while still staying hopeful! Hope I'm not disappointed in the end... Fingers crossed!

At this point I really don't care about being compensated with crowns. Just want a playable game. Face it, this game is broken and Nexon has proven that they really don't care. We are Nexon's customers. Many are now considering leaving because of the crashing. Normally I would look forward to atomic age. It is clear that these crashing problems will become worse after that update. When multiplayer is crashing attack after attack the writing is on the wall. Do I want to spend my time on a fun game or a frustrating broken game?

This week has been really bad for crashes. On top of that, the 255 glory points we won in our last war were not allocated. Valkiry has collapsed because they can't start war...
What is going on?!

The game is unplayable at the moment. Yesterday I had "failed to connect to server" for 7 hours - mid war. CS constantly blaming my wifi. So far today I've had five crashes. Just stopped playing now. How about fixing servers, bugs, cheats and everything else broken BEFORE launching new stuff Nexon???

All the members in my alliance crashed today at least 3 times each, losing army, planes, everything. We are in war at the moment, nobody has the courage to attack. Neither us, nor the opponents! :)

I'm usually against you guys because ya'll whine so much but this is ridiculous, the crashes I've had and alliance members is crazy. It's iPhone and Android related, I've noticed a lot of issues usually apply to iPhone but this is not the case. I don't usually complain about the game because I like it but this needs to be fixed.
Take screen shots, I know 100 crowns is weak but I've gotten compensated for 3 crashes in one day. They know it's a problem and are hopefully working on it.

I lose about 400 crowns in a ww crash due to merc deployment. Not to count loot lost and coalition losses. The payment should be 500 + 500 for the inconvenience IMO. 100 crowns for a GA player is a slap on the face.

100 crowns is a joke and doesn't even come close to compensating for a full army + generals + planes + mercs retrain. I crashed 3 times last night for -117 medals. I usually don't mind a crash here and there, but this is ridiculous. And instead of recognizing that there is an issue, they blame my device and internet...

Crashes are just ridiculous since the maintenance. Everyone should always send crash complaints everytime it happens. They are coming out with sales events, publicity, many ways to dig in our pockets... but they really need to start listening to complaints...

the funny thing is that the wheel of death is not even appearing before a crash. it is sudden death to you all army and resources if you are unlucky to destroy all defensive buildings first. got few these crashes on a ww attacks as well. no wheel before. just CRASH. and my other wifi related aplications or devices just working without any interruption.

Just lost my entire army midway through MP attack. How fun is this? Takes more than 1 hour to rebuild. Never mind about the resources it costs too. C'mon, Nexon. You want to sell more Estates? Get the game in order first.

I crashed 5 times today shortly after deployment, all troops gone. I crashed many more just browsing my base or scouting opponents. My last report to cs was closed with canned response. Not even an apology. The game became a joke since the last update. Just my $0.02

Gameplay improved for me today, thanks Nexon for the fix (if there was any). However it still keeps me on my seat edge as though someone over there might trip over the wires again. It was tolerable in the past with crashes once or twice a week, most mobile games crash from time to time. After the previous maintenance, things escalated but fortunately got "saved" for a moment now. Sorry to those who are still encountering crashes, hopefully things will get better for you too.

The main problem is that the developer is as clueless as the player as to what actually went wrong, and are still figuring it out today after two years. There is nothing much the CM here could help too because they aren't the techies on the ground fiddling away or the big boss to direct the resources to go into improving servers. They tried their best to reassure us every time things went haywire, kudos to them for their friendliness and openness.

Thanks CM for bearing with us and do keep us informed about any direction Nexon will be taking to address this persistent problem which rears its ugly head from time to time. To a more stable and better Dominations.

Lots of yellow circles, and Network Error "Try agains" in the last 20 minutes. Others in my Alliance are getting the same thing. This is not a localized wifi issue. I would bet that this Quick Victory event is taxing the servers, and Nexon didn't plan very well for the increased traffic.
