I understand that this should not be posted here but in the bugs section, but I am very disappointed by Nexon's response so far. I have been playing on my iPhone 6s as well as iPad Air 2, most of the time with stable wifi connections. Yet the recurring crashes the past few days have made this game almost unplayable and very frustrating. The response given by the customer service are generic copy and paste messages which mostly blame on our devices, and besides the meagre compensation of 100 crowns, it seriously dampens any interests in the game. How hair splitting is it to be in the midst of a good loot, lose everything and return to a base with no troops? It takes an hour or more to retrain everything, needless say opening your base to get attacked and lose much more, especially when farming for oil with this weekend air strip discount.
I really hope that the Developers can stop blaming us and take responsibility, step out and acknowledge this is a big problem instead of making us accept as part and parcel of playing this game. While I appreciate other developments to this game like adding more features such as expeditions and the atomic age to come, the more important issue for customers is a stable game with minimal bugs. You can reverse the additional features to half a year ago without stuff like docks and university and embassy etc BUT if you do provide a simple but playable game, the customers will be there and the bucks will still roll in. Simple games like angry bird, flappy bird, candy crush, slitherio etc don't need so many blings blings and wow features to retain and grow their player base.
I'm sorry that this is a negative rant post and doesn't do much to help this game or the community, but hopefully it can ring some bell and the developer will admit and do something about the server issue, instead of dragging its feet or pushing the blame back to us. If need to, allocate more resources to fixing that instead of stacking back to back events, rushing out new features and atomic age. I can assure you that your players will be happier. Many thanks.
