Replace leader of an alliance

Our sister alliance Viking Army 2 leadership has fallen apart. Hardly ever logging in...

how can leader be replaced?

Contact cs, but be prepared to fight your way through. They will most likely say the can't do it, but they surely can. They've done it for me a few times already.
