Request to change IGN

I don't know why but Dominations doesn't allow players to change their game names. Most games I've played allow this feature but Dominations doesn't. I've sent requests to customer support asking to have my IGN be changed but I keep getting the same robotic response over and over again. I know the developers are strictly against IGN changes but they never bother to explain why. I know someone who managed to change their IGN from "Aylin" to "Insider" by contacting CS, just like what I'm doing now, so CS is obviously hypocritical. Bunch of double standards if you ask me. They're able to grant an IGN change request to one person, but not to me when I ask for it? Rubbish. Personally I don't see any logical reason why we shouldn't be able to change our IGN. Most games allow players to change their IGN and our player IDs will always stay the same, so what difference does it make? When I first started this game I had no idea you couldn't change your IGN later. The game never hinted that. I assumed I could change it later once I thought of a better player name. I don't see why some of us have to be stuck with an IGN that doesn't suit us.

Most games allow you to change your name once, and that feature is usually added later on...and by most games I am referring to the benchmark which is Supercell games, such as CoC and Boom. So I am not sure if they plan to add that feature, but it's low on my list and probably many other users list...and I would assume it's not high priority for devs either.
