Researching More than 1 thing at a time in the Armory and Library

We should be able to research more than 1 thing at a time in the Armory and the Library IF they are purchased with different kinds of funds, ie. 1 item paid for with gold and 1 item paid for with food or oil.

You are able to upgrade only one thing from EACH categary.
Library can stay the same.
