I have been waiting for more than 2 days, no response. This bug render this game unplayable.

Note to both of you...these forums are not a means of Support. If you need support, you must submit a Support Ticket from inside the game.

Go to Settings (Gears on the right side of screen), then tap on Customer Service. From there, you should see a little note looking icon in the top-right of the screen. Good Luck!

in the ticket say your so mad at the missing medals your not going to buy anymore crowns. Youl get a response in 5 minutes
