Another bearded bug. The previous improvement of airstrip (a year ago) had the same problems - the lack of a retrain button!

Advice for those who faced this problem: Train a couple of units in the barracks (only in the barracks! Do not touch the rest) and donate them, then the retrain button will appear and you can restore ALL the troops from the factory, generals, mercenaries and tactics.

I forgot to say that the retrain button will appear only after you give the task to train all eight vacant air units on a second airstrip.
