Crashes and bugs are to be expected... I won't complain about that. But the dev should keep us posted on the issues and an ETA for a fix. No communications is what pisses me off.

It's back, my medals are still there, my troops are not. Thought I had gotten all the defensive buildings before it crashed but guess not. Just glad to see my base.

we have just lost 3 war attacks due to this issue,i am not happy, complained to CS but i do not expect much to happen arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh internet connection issue, no way it was their servers how can we all loss connection to the internet impossible

Just lost 37 medals. Grrr. 5 seconds into my attack when it crashed. Just enough time to place my artillery and 9 sub machine guns.

Yep, husband had his game crash on android and took about ten minutes to get back in. Mine just crashed on ipad - of course had just dropped all my troops in attack. Havent checked on medals but I'd better have a look at that too! And had better broadcast to my team or there will be lots of grumbling!
Obviously device or operating system makes no difference, we're all affected.

Yep. Attack record shows the troops I lost AND 17 medals for an attack that was never completed. And got another 'server error' while checking the record!

since war records are not tracked and there is no real benefit to a win, you shouldn't be so worried about war .. I know the crashes are frustrating but they have become a normal part of the game .. unless you boycott war and subsequently, spending any money on the game, Nexon will blame your internet connection and absolve themselves of any blame thereby relinquishing any responsibility to reimburse you for your grief and time.


there is apparently a fix in progress and while it seems like a bandaid, it is something. perhaps the repeated aggressive messages to customer service or the passing on of grievances from this forum have inspired Nexon to do something. maybe they are starting to accept some of the responsibility for their game being an unstable mess.

I enjoy the game and would like to see it fixed. it may be a long while before it is truly out of beta testing phase but it has potential to be a very outstanding game. until then, I am not interested in buying a broken product so I will keep my wallet closed.

To add insult to injury, someone attacked me 5 minutes later and 5 starred me so apparently not everyone is having this issue, which is odd.

I had issues yesterday as well. got 5 stars in an attack during a war, come back to the main map screen and 0 stars were registered. can retrain my entire army, merc, generals, planes and tactics for nothing.

In line with the issues there is a new medal loss bug, somehow there are mysterious medal losses once you log out. I lost more than 200 medals since yesterday and only got attacked twice (-46 medals)
This is experienced throughout our entire alliance. Anyone else facing this issue?

It seems like it's a good time to say good bye to medals and drop them... doesn't it?

I was just doing my first attack with my fresh trainings blessing yesterday when the server crashed on me....
Lost the attack and troops, and could not log in for the next 15min I tried...
I then went to sleep, got attacked 2 times while I was sleeping...

Well, for compensation they are reducing pricey oil updates, which is nice I guess
