Serious server crash just now

In line with the issues there is a new medal loss bug, somehow there are mysterious medal losses once you log out. I lost more than 200 medals since yesterday and only got attacked twice (-46 medals)
This is experienced throughout our entire alliance. Anyone else facing this issue?

Dude, where have you been the last 2-3 weeks??!

This bug has been happening since the 4.0 update.

Looks like it's just happened again... I'm in UK, tells me to check my internet, which is working fine. Now won't let me back on, just like the other day.

I dropped more than 100 medals because of this after playing hard all last week to get the flamethrowers. Maybe it's the flamethrowers throwing the game: really heavy graphics. Or could be during wars.

3 game crashes in a single day and progresses before the crash were not saved as promised and i lost all my troops. BS response fron cs and nothing had they done so far

I get logged out every 60 secs after logging in. No matter what I am doing at the time. There will be a spinning wheel of death then....network err.

I've lost tons of medals cause I can't reset my traps, select a defensive gen or keep requested donation troops. This blows.

Yeah my game timed out after an attack two nights ago, and since then I can't even load the game. It shows the loading screen and just before it would normally load my base, the game crashes and I'm back to my home screen. Nothing I've tried has worked.

Happens frequently after the new update! Tons of medals and resources have been gone even im online! F u Nexon! Never fix your problems and keep blaming back on us!

The spinning wheel is almost constant now. I start my troops retraining and get a network error and training has stopped. Training blessing is gone and so are the diamonds. There is obviously nothing wrong with my network or I wouldn't be posting this. Nexon start with the cables and work your way up from there.

P.S. Just an FYI, the medals didn't disappear so the drop happens once the raiding is recorded.

Almost exactly what I wrote to CS early today. And I keep reading how many ppl uncomfortable to invest time/crowns both in forum and our chat app. How'd Nexon expect ppl to play the game they cannot connect to server?

After timing out during a battle two nights ago, the game boots me out as soon as my base should load now. As in it connects, and my alliance can see me online, but before my base loads the game crashes and I can't get on. I've been reinstalling and trying to talk to customer service about this issue non-stop since then, but I haven't gotten anywhere.
I've tried it on different devices, same result... Tried it with different wife's and 3G, same thing.

I've been attacked so many times and I can't even take advantage of this armoury event! This is killing me.

the generic replies from CS are adding fuel to a fire. more harm than good. Every time I have dealt with them I have become less excited about the broken game and more angry that they have ignorant people responding to their customers.

Ive been unable to get the game to load since Friday when it crashed during multiplayer. Contacting cs so far has been useless.

Fortunately I can still play my 2X hits for wars on WiFi when I'm at home. But unfortunately that doesn't leave me much time to raid for loot.

I never would have thought I would be saying I'm short on food and trade goods =((

The bad news is that this problem just hit me last night. Indication that it is out of control at least for the moment and that sucks!
